About Saltire
Saltire Business Parks is a privately owned property investment and development company with a long-term approach to real estate.
How we operate
We are privately owned, invest long-term capital and make decisions quickly, and we are prepared to buy the assets others find too complicated.
Saltire is a privately owned company. We are not tied to fund cycles, so we can take a genuinely long-term view of the property we buy and build.
Decisions are made by a small team close to every asset, so owners, agents and occupiers get a clear answer quickly.
We acquire, develop and hold property for the long term, investing in improvements that create enduring value.
We manage our portfolio ourselves, working directly with occupiers, contractors and professional advisers.
We will consider assets that larger institutional investors may find too operational or complicated, from operating property to land that needs planning or infrastructure.
